I was referred to B&P Consulting by a neighbor who recently had his roof done in Williamsburg Brooklyn with their company. After obtaining several other estimates, we decided to go with B&P because the quote they provided us with was the most competitive and I've seen several other projects they've completed in our area. Once the work began, we were constantly updated on the progress and I never once felt out of the loop like I have in the past working with other contractors. The entire staff was extremely courteous and the level of workmanship we received was really impressive. All in all, we are very happy with the final result, leaks are no longer a concern and the roof looks amazing.

Due to all the rain this year, my old wooden roof access hatch started to leak. We called several local roofing companies to get a quote and B&P gave us the best deal that fit our budget. They fixed our Hatch with new Aluminum roof hatch in a timely manner, and it looks great! Their service was exceptional. Definitely will recommend them to friends and family! I had a leak in my roof which was kind of hard to pinpoint. B&P came by and analyzed the situation, eliminated an old skylight that was causing the problem and waterproofed certain areas. They came to assess the situation fairly quickly and made me feel really comfortable with the repairs and it didn't cost me an arm and a leg. Very pleased with the repairs, and no more leaks! Call them for all your roofing needs , you wont be disappointed.

I had a chronic leak from my balcony which caused issues in my kitchen below, my lower deck and my rear brick exterior wall.This issue started in 2011. I have had several firms perform many different projects which included demolition and reconstruction / waterproofing of the balcony in 2015 & 2022. The issues were never resolved. I learned the hard way that no one ever went down to the bottom layers.I have had several leak detection firms and structural engineers.I then contacted B&P explained the situation and they set up a consultation. Maciej arrived at the scheduled time. he evaluated the entire project, he reviewed all of the reports and photos I provided. Even though it was obvious he knew what to do, he reviewed everything I provided him with. In a short period of time I was provided a total proposal which included restoration of the final surface and a proposal for just the waterproofing. It was even suggested to me to only do the waterproofing to make sure it was finally completed properly. I felt this was very professional and honest. No one was trying to push me to perform more work. The work was done meticulously. When the project was completed, everything was totally cleaned up which included power washing my lower deck, rear pavers, and brick wall. I did not even expect all of this to be included. All debris was removed. During the project I was also kept updated with communication and photographs. The problem was finally solved! After the first major rain, Maciej reached out to me just to make sure I had no issues. Now that is what I call professionalism. My only complaint... I had to wait several weeks for my project to be put on the schedule. With the other companies, they were ready to start the following day. What does that tell you? It tells you that High end companies that perform such outstanding work are in high demand and you have to wait. This is the only company I would ever trust for any other project. Too bad I cannot give ten stars.

I am a Cooling and Heating contractor in Brooklyn. I have used B&P on all my projects that requires more detailed roof penetration or duct work waterproofing. I recently hired B&P to waterproof my flat seam copper roof over my terrace. The flat seam copper roof was nothing but nightmare ,every summer i would have to hire someone to re-solder the seams because they pop open causing major leaks. A local roofer offered only a torch membrane or hot tar which i wasn't impressed with. A friend of mine whose flat roof was replaced by B&P recommended them because of the liquid product they offer. I decided to go with B&P. I was impressed by the pictures and called Maciej to provide a quote. It came out perfect. Im glad i chose them it seems that my problem will be finally solved. I was very pleased with the quick response time, professionalism and fair quote.

I am the homeowner of a 1890's townhouse. i had a leakinhg garage roof for the past decade. I searched online for a good roof contractor and call Maciej after months of research and estimates. I decided to go with B&P, they offered a very fair estimate with Superior product then the other roofers. They also put beautiful pavers and redid my deck. They did an amazing job and my tenants enjoy it all year round. i also asked them to waterproof the damaged front bricks at the garage facade with Suprema liquid product and it looks amazing. They fixed the leak I had for a decade. No one else could fix it. I can"t even express how amazing and professional Majeic and his staff are!! I highly recommend them!!

I’m a homeowner of an old brick townhouse in Harlem and i recently had water leaking inside my top apartment without even when it wasn’t raining. After doing my own investigation i found that my AC pitch pocket had condensation issue during the summer heat,I called my AC company and they said it’s waterproofing issue they recommended Maciej from Bnp. After the consultation with Maciej he explained that condensation water is running through old insulation and inside my ceiling,he recommended cutting old insulation and applying liquid applied product,Im extremely happy with the results summer heat passes and there is no leaks nor signs of any moisture.

We recently used B&P on our commercial office project in Elmont NY. B&P team installed 15,000 sq ft of Soprema liquid applied product. They worked over summer months working overnight to make sure they finished before office tenants moved in. One of the most successful commercial product innovations of the last century occurred in the 1930s when polymethyl methacrylate resins, commonly known as PMMA, were first synthesized. What Is SBS Modified Bitumen Roofing?

SBS modified bitumen roofing is a material made out of asphalt and synthetic rubber, making it an exceptionally flexible material for flat roofs. Thanks to its rubber composition, the material is less prone to cracking and sustaining damage from elements like ice and sun. In addition, because newer building materials are more lightweight in nature, they are more susceptible to micro-movements. For the roof to stay in good shape, it must be flexible so it can move with the building, which is why SBS modified bitumen is a good choice. This material works best on low-slope commercial roofs, and many manufacturers use glass, polyester, or composite reinforcements

What’s a No Dollar Limit Warranty?

This type of warranty is only available through the manufacturer. Considered the Cadillac of manufacturers’ warranties, it provides the homeowner with the satisfaction of having the manufacturer take full responsibility for the repair or replacement of a defective roof, no matter how much it takes to affect the repair including material and labor. This kind of warranty only covers damage caused by defective material or faulty installation. Not storm damage or any acts of mother nature.
